I can help you develop tools to have greater peace and contentment, create the lifestyle you desire, control your thinking, and move past guilt. I also help those touched by loss or medical issues walk through the challenges facing them and find a sense of self again.

My Services Include:

• counseling individuals struggling from a place of anxiety, fear, depression, chronic illness, & bereavement to a place of hope, healing, enjoyment of life, peace, and greater confidence.

• working with all faiths and specifically providing Christian faith based counseling if desired.

• support groups specifically for anxiety, bereavement, and making healthy lifestyle changes.
